BIOGRAPHY

Chen Xu, Tenor ,

​

He graduated from Shanghai Conservatory of Music

with master degree, his soloist degree graduated from

the Royal Danish Conservatory of Music.

On December 2016, he made his debut as

Basilio in “Le Nozze di Figaro” in Shanghai

Oriental Art Center.

On 2017 he debut as Italy singer in “Der Rosenkavalier” at Beijing National Theatre.

On June 2019, he debut as Tamino in “Die Zauberflöte ” at the Delphi Theatre in Berlin.

At the same year debut as Duca in “Rigoletto” at the Teatro Comunale di Bolzano on November 2019.

On 2022, he debut as “Romeo in Roméo et Juliette” at the Albanian National Opera House.

He also appeared as a tenor soloist in “Verdi Requiem”, “Händel Messiah” and “Beethoven Symphony No. 9”.

​

He owned the Gold Award of regional area for 10th China Golden Bell Award. Finalists Awards of the 51th Toulouse International Vocal Competition.

First prize of 2017 Vienna International Music Competition. First Prize of

2018 Vienna New Year Concert Competition. First Prize of 2021

International Music Competition Rome Grand Prize Virtuoso. First Price of

2025 Marina Zirdziņa International Vocal Competition.
